12-14:

I have posted answers to the examination (below). I wrote on your examination the total points you received for the class (the sum of your midterm grades (100 each), your final (250 possible), and your total homework score divided by 6 (50 possible). The cutoffs for letter grades were: A 430; B 380; C 292; D and 220. I gave a small number of pluses and minuses for borderline grades. You may pick up your exams in Sequoyah 245 (they are in an open area if you signed the Buckley waiver. Otherwise, you can collect them from the undergraduate coordinator after January 18.)

I am happy to talk to you about the course material. I will not discuss grade changes if you remove your exam from Sequoyah 245. If you wish to discuss grade changes, I request that you first consult the posted answers and then write an email describing where you believe points have been improperly assigned. I will examine your paper and respond.

Warning about requests for grade changes: The TA allocated points very generously on the second question. If you request for a regrade on any part of the examination, I will also regrade the second question.
